PKR565 Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and PKR565 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all users of the pkr565.app website and the PKR565 mobile application, regardless of how you access the platform.

By creating an account or using any feature of PKR565 — including browsing the platform, placing bets, playing casino games, depositing funds or requesting withdrawals — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR565.

2 Eligibility

To register and use PKR565, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or legal entity.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or under any court order or other legal restriction that prevents you from participating in online gaming.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your account.
• Your use of PKR565 must be for personal entertainment purposes only.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on PKR565. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different names, phone numbers or email addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information including your real name, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. PKR565 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login details.

You must notify PKR565 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. PKR565 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage and to suspend account access until verification is completed.

• One account per person — no exceptions.
• Account must be registered under your real legal name.
• Mobile number and email must be valid and accessible.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Account sharing is not permitted.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to PKR565 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer (IBFT), and debit or credit cards. All payment methods are subject to minimum and maximum deposit limits as displayed at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your PKR565 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this is typically immediate. For bank transfers, standard processing times apply. PKR565 does not charge a fee for deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

• You may only deposit funds from accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from accounts belonging to another person — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.
• PKR565 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.
• If a deposit is disputed or reversed by your payment provider (chargeback), PKR565 will freeze the associated account balance pending investigation.
• Deposits made using fraudulently obtained funds will result in account closure and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to your verified payment method in PKR. You may withdraw to the same JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account or card used for your deposit, provided the account is registered in your name. PKR565 does not charge a fee for processing withdrawals from its side.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction are displayed in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours; Raast and bank transfers may take up to two business days; card withdrawals may take up to five business days.

• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal destination must match the name on your PKR565 account.
• Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus credits must be completed before those funds can be withdrawn.
• PKR565 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals pending security or fraud checks.
• Rejected withdrawals are returned to your account wallet immediately with a reason provided in your transaction history.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PKR565 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits and game restrictions.

Key bonus terms that apply across all PKR565 promotions:

• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any part of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus per player — duplicate account creation to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of qualifying withdrawal after wagering.
• PKR565 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation or misuse.
• If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus credit and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus terms are specific to each promotion — always read the individual promotion terms before claiming.

7 Sports Betting Rules

PKR565 offers sports betting markets covering Cricket, Football, Tennis, Basketball, Esports and other sports. Bets are placed on odds available at the time of placement. In-play betting is available for selected markets and the platform reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time without notice.

• All bets are final once confirmed — bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where the platform explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, postponed or declared void will be refunded to your account wallet unless stated otherwise in specific market rules.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical error — may be voided by PKR565 regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from sports betting are credited to your PKR565 wallet immediately after the market is settled.
• PKR565 follows standard industry rules for match result, handicap, totals and other bet types. Specific rules for PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket events are available in the Sports Betting help section.

8 Casino & Fish Games

Live Casino games, Fish Games and other casino-format games at PKR565 use certified random number generation (RNG) or real-time live dealer mechanics depending on the title. All games have a theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage which represents the expected statistical return over a large number of rounds — it does not guarantee winnings in any individual session.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealer action and cannot be influenced or predicted.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error mid-round, the round will be resolved based on the game state at the point of interruption where technically possible, or the bet will be voided and returned to your wallet.
• Attempting to use software, tools or strategies designed to exploit game mechanics — including bot software, automated clicking tools or any manipulation of the game interface — is prohibited and will result in account closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PKR565 and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and potentially legal action:

• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated betting software, bots or scripts of any kind.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using the deposited funds.
• Allowing another person to access or operate your account.
• Any attempt to launder funds through the PKR565 platform.
• Abusing bonus offers through coordinated multi-account play or other manipulation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

PKR565 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Receiving a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• At the player's own request — self-closure or self-exclusion.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance will be forfeited. If your account is closed for any reason unrelated to a breach — for example at your own request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing.

11 Responsible Gaming

PKR565 is committed to supporting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

Gaming on PKR565 should be treated as entertainment funded from a personal budget set aside specifically for that purpose — not as a way to earn income or recover financial losses. 12 Privacy & Data

13 Limitation of Liability

PKR565 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from technical outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions outside of our control.

• PKR565 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• The platform's liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you deposited in the relevant transaction period.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or for actions taken by unauthorised users on your account.

14 Changes to These Terms

PKR565 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights, registered players will be notified via the contact details on file.

Continued use of the PKR565 platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
